ARCHITECTURAL
What types of exterior modifications can I make without approval?
All exterior modifications or improvements require prior approval through the Association's Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Please complete and submit an Architectural Review application before beginning any work.
Where do I find the Architectural Review application?
Applications may be submitted through the Architectural Review tab in TownSq.
What is the process for submitting an application, and how long does approval take?
• Submit your application and all supporting documentation through the Architectural Review tab in TownSq.
• Applications will be reviewed by the Association's Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
• Please allow up to 30 days for review and a decision.
• Incomplete applications may delay the review process.
What is the status of my application?
Application status updates will be provided through TownSq. If you have not received a response within 30 days, please contact Management.
Can my contractor submit an application on my behalf?
Because applications are submitted through the homeowner's TownSq account, the application must be submitted by the homeowner. However, contractors may assist in preparing the application and supporting documents. The homeowner remains responsible for ensuring the application is complete and for complying with all approval requirements and conditions.
Where can I find the community's architectural guidelines?
Architectural guidelines, governing documents, and related information can be found in the Documents section of TownSq.
BOARD MEETINGS
How do I find out when the next Board meeting will be held?
• Meeting notices are posted in the News & Events section of TownSq.
• If you have registered your email address in TownSq, you will also receive meeting notices electronically.
COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE
What am I responsible for maintaining?
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their lot and all improvements located on their property in accordance with the governing documents.
How do I report a maintenance issue in a common area?
Please contact Resident Care through the Goodwin & Company website or by calling 855-289-6007.
What is the trash collection schedule?
Please contact HCUD 15 for all trash-related matters.
COMPLIANCE
I received a violation notice. Who do I contact?
Please contact the Compliance Department at S.HOU.Compliance@goodwintx.com. Contact information is also included in your notice.
How do I report a concern regarding another property?
Please visit the Goodwin & Company website and navigate to Homeowner Resources > Report a Deed Restriction Violation to submit your concern. Supporting photos and details are encouraged whenever possible.
When are compliance inspections performed?
Compliance inspections are conducted on a regular basis throughout the community.
Is there a list of rules for tenants?
Yes. Tenants must comply with the Association's governing documents and community rules. Governing documents are available in the Documents section of TownSq.

FINANCIAL
What is my account balance?
You may view your account balance through TownSq or contact Resident Care at 855-289-6007.
How do I pay my assessments?
You may pay your assessments using one of the following methods:
• TownSq website or mobile app
• Mail payment to the Goodwin Processing Center
• Online banking bill pay through your financial institution
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Credit and debit card payments may be made through TownSq. Applicable processing fees may apply.
When are assessments due?
Assessments are due annually on January 1.
Why does my account show a negative balance?
A negative balance generally indicates a credit on your account.
Who do I contact regarding past-due assessments or payment plans?

What do my assessments pay for?
Assessments fund the operation and maintenance of the Association, including items such as landscaping, common area maintenance, insurance, utilities, and other community expenses.
Where can I find my account number?
Your account number can be found on your assessment statement, coupon book, or by contacting Resident Care.
OWNER INFORMATION
How do I update my mailing address, phone number, or email address?
Please visit the Goodwin & Company website and navigate to Homeowner Resources > Update Account Information to submit your changes. You may also contact Resident Care for assistance.
Who should I contact regarding the used car lot, former elementary school property, or other commercial properties located outside of Greenfield Village?
Properties and businesses located outside of Greenfield Village are not owned, operated, or governed by the Greenfield Village Homeowners Association. This includes nearby used car lots, commercial centers, schools, and other properties outside the community boundaries.
Concerns regarding the appearance, maintenance, zoning, code enforcement, or use of these properties should be directed to the appropriate local government agency. Residents may submit complaints or inquiries to the Harris County Precinct One Commissioner's Office or the applicable county department responsible for permitting, development, or code enforcement.
Because these properties are outside the Association's jurisdiction, the HOA does not have the authority to regulate, maintain, or enforce standards on them.

What is the status of the retention pond project located outside of Greenfield Village along W. Greens Road?
The retention pond project located along W. Greens Road is not owned, managed, or overseen by the Greenfield Village Homeowners Association. The project is being facilitated by Harris County Utility District No. 15 (HCUD 15).
Residents seeking updates, project information, timelines, or wishing to express questions or concerns should contact HCUD 15 directly at 832-694-0280. According to HCUD 15, the project is intended to provide drainage improvements and other community amenities that may benefit both Greenfield Village and neighboring communities.
Residents are also encouraged to attend HCUD 15's public Board meetings to stay informed about project developments. Meetings are generally held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at:

Because this project is outside the Association's jurisdiction, the Greenfield Village HOA does not have authority over the planning, construction, operation, or management of the retention pond project.
